JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a substitute at our secondary school, you will play an important role in the students' daily lives and learning. You will teach most subjects, primarily mathematics/science, and plan lessons that both challenge and engage the students. You will create a safe and stimulating learning environment where all students can feel seen and develop according to their abilities. The role also involves collaboration with colleagues to ensure continuity in teaching and contribute to the school's educational goals.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone with teaching experience, preferably at the secondary level, who is comfortable and knowledgeable in mathematics/science and ideally other subjects as well. You are clear in your communication and have an easy time building positive relationships with students. As a person, you are flexible, responsible, and engaged in the students' learning. We value your ability to work both independently and collaboratively with colleagues to create a safe and inspiring school environment.
